This is very normal as everyone will have ups and downs which happens every day, month, year, 5 year and 10-year.At the end, a scoring system will help to determine based on the 10-year, 5-year, yearly analysis, taking into consideration any bad clashes, harms, punishment etc to see whether the period is an auspicious one for you.Also, from this report, you can have a feel of how you luck will be for the 10-year, example a better 1st 6 months in 1998, while a not so good period in later half of the year etc.As mentioned, every person has changing luck period everytime.
