We built a home in 1993 and have had bad chi for sometime, the front door faces west and opens to stairs going up to the bedrooms. The living room Kitchen face south lots of window, because of ocean view. What can we do to change of luck without doing a major building change?
I understand I should place a crystal between the door and stairs? and waterfall in courtyard outside the front door?
Please advise

Dear Fred,
1. It would be better if a partition (if possible) be placed between the front door and the staircase instead of a crystal.
Usually, a crystal would not (in my opinion work).
2. To slow down the qi, plants could be placed at the steps of the stairs. (But preference should be given to Para 1.)
3. Based on your description, looks like the frontage of the house is the ocean view side instead of the main door side.
In such a situation, it would not be ideal to place a water position on the `technical' front side of the house.
4. Usually, it is best if a physical FS audit could be done as it is difficult to advise on this on paper.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
