myfs_55956
Dear Friend,I am not clear as to the use of the bagua,in relation to the whole house, and each room.Should "true North" be constant, or changefor each room, and based on the door you enter?Could you please explain?Best Regards,Ian
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 28, 2001 Staff Share Posted March 28, 2001 Dear Ian,I can quite understand your confusion here.In this website, and for those trying to find the main entrance direction:1. Always find the centrepoint of the house and from the centrepoint, locate the compass direction of the main entrance.Reference: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/cecilcompass.htm2. If you are referring to the use of the `Bagua' as those taught by Black Hat Sect or BTB .. then in my opinion, this is not the correct way to `practise' FS. BTB type of practise is not recognised form and a large measure is focused on making one purchase objects etc... and other marketing ploys to get one to depart with their money.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 3/27/01 4:39:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Friend,I am not clear as to the useof the bagua,in relation to the wholehouse, and each room.Should "true North" beconstant, or changefor each room, and based on thedoor you enter?Could you please explain?Best Regards,Ian
wasis
Dear Cecil,I'd like to ask you about the terms: main entrance, front door and maingate. Are they the same? Because in my house, the front door (in northsector) is usually used by guests. Before it, they must pass through themain gate (north east sector). The family members seldom use the front door.We usually use the garage door (north east sector). FYI, the main gate isthe first entrance to enter the house. Is this our main entrance? Thanks in advance.Regards,Wasis
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 28, 2001 Staff Share Posted March 28, 2001 Dear Wasis,Would it be possible for you to upload a .gif or .jpg or .bmp file for a clearer understanding of your situation.Usually, you should leave out the main gate as this should not be considered the main entrance. For the main entrance, for many homes, there are usually two doors to the main entrance or distinctly, in many instances, the main entrance door can be seen from the frontage of the house. Or when we drive-in to the house, we could see the main entrance door.Alternatively, it should be the `largest' door in the home.
