Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 29, 2001 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2001 Dear Madi,1. How long is your uncle's restaurant business at this premises?2. Is the business facing financial problems?3. Are there other restaurants in the same area? And compared to the business with these restaurants, is the business good / bad i.e. same as those in the area?Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 3/29/01 1:07:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:dear friendsthe level of my uncle'srestaurant is lower than thatof the road, I've heard thatthis is bad. madi
kind sir,the restaurant is not doing well, it has the best food in the locality but still he is suffering financially..and yes there are really small little dingy restaurants that are booming around himhis door faces north 3 degrees and the drain in front of his main door flows from west to east..and at times even gets stagnant.thank you
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 30, 2001 Staff Share Posted March 30, 2001 Dear Madi,Thanks for some of your clarifications.1. Are the drains coverable? It would not be ideal for the drain water to flow from west to east or remain stagnant.2. Currently what is the distance between the drain and the main entrance?3. Is the drain parallel to the front entrance?4. Are there now plants outside the main entrance. If so, how many plants and how large are they? Are they planted or in pots.Thanks.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 3/30/01 1:57:00 AM, Anonymous wrote:kind sir,the restaurant is not doingwell, it has the best food inthe locality but still he issuffering financially..and yesthere are really small littledingy restaurants that arebooming around himhis door faces north 3 degreesand the drain in front of hismain door flows from west toeast..and at times even getsstagnant.thank you
