CAMERON
Dear Cecil,After reading my first book on feng shui a chapter on my front door says I cannot have a tree or lampost opposite the door I have both.A tree with the lampost behind it the cure is a mirror but I have no where to hang it as there is a canopy wright at top of the door. I could hang a mirror at the side on the wall but this would not be directly opposite the tree .Please advise.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 3, 2001 Staff Share Posted May 3, 2001 Dear Anon,1. Please confirm, by standing at the front door area facing out of the house.Does the lampost or tree seem to `slice' thru the front door?2. You mentioned that "the tree with lampost behind it. Do you mean that the lampost is furthest away and is blocked by the tree which in turn; can be seen `slicing' the front door?If so, you can place two potted plants on both sides of the front door. Or, if you do not like the above option, you can hang a Ba Gua mirror above the front door.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 5/3/01 4:49:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Cecil,After reading my first book onfeng shui a chapter on myfront door says I cannot havea tree or lampost opposite thedoor I have both.A tree withthe lampost behind it the cureis a mirror but I have nowhere to hang it as there is acanopy wright at top of thedoor.
