The condominium site that I am keen on, is situated about 100 metres diagonally opposite an MRT station with elevated tracks about 10 metres high. A small section of the condo site was previously occupied by a couple of graves which had since been exhumed. Constuction of the condo has not begin yet. the fengshui of the site favourable ?
Thank You

Dear Albert,
Since you are in Singapore, perhaps you can let me know the name of the condominium.
As it would be difficult to based on a few lines of comments to make judgement on the condominium site. This is because, the site (plot of land) and its surroundings has to be looked into. This includes other features such as roads passing around the condo.
As for graves, usually if they are exhumed properly and if the site is fully cleared of graves, this would not be an issue as the Qi should dissipate soon after the development has been completed and lived in where the Yang activity would be high.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Dear Cecil
The name of the condominium is Sunglade. It is located along Serangoon Ave 2 at its junction with Upper Searangoon Rd. It is not marketed yet. The land is in a slight depression and is bounded on the NE by Serangoon Ave 2, east by Upper Serangoon Rd, south by a petrol station and SW and west by a school and HDB flats respectively. The above ground MRT is about 150 metres east on the other side of Upper Serangoon Rd. The MRT tracks are running parallel with Upper Serangoon Rd. The site is rectangular in shape and is fairly large with planned 500 high-rise units.
Many Thanks
Albert Soh

Dear Albert,
Thank you for your information.
1. For the graves, once it is exhumed properly and if there are no longer any more graves (left) on the site; the graves would usually not pose a problem.
2. As mentioned earlier, with construction activity that may usually take 2 years or more would effectively, neutralise any of the points under Para 1.
3. Although the land is on a slight depression, I believe normally the developers would first lay the foundation and most likely the car parks would be underground.
The first level apartments would normally be higher than the depression.
4. It would be acceptable for the MRT tracks to run parallel (and this would not create Sha Qi) for apartments at the same level as the track. (Usually, the architects would have minimal windows facing the MRT tracks.
5. The rectangular plot of land would be favourable since this piece of the land is quite large.
6. I believe that although this may not be a very auspicious plot of land i.e. viz a viz its location but overall, one can consider purchasing a unit the development.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
