myfs_62762
Hello Cecil,I understand that the back of the house is the tortoise and that it is considered bad to have a waterway in the back of the house but I was thinking of putting a pond in the right corner of the house along the back fence and am thinking of putting the 3 turtle figure on top of the stones with koi in it. It will be in the backyard, far right corner. The turtle has two smaller baby turtle piggyback on the big one. Please advise if this is a bad idea. Thank You.Stephanie
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 20, 2001 Staff Share Posted June 20, 2001 Dear Stephanie,If you have to; it is better to place the pond at the corner (instead of directly behind the house). Please see below:- Quote On 6/19/01 2:00:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:Hello Cecil,I understand that the back ofthe house is the tortoise andthat it isconsidered bad to have awaterway in the back of thehouse but I wasthinking of putting a pond inthe right corner of the housealong the backfence It would be better to have a landscaped pond where the back is supported by a `mountain' e.g. a mound where water flows down from this mound. and am thinking of Quote putting the 3 turtle figure ontop of the stoneswith koi in it.
