In which direction should the bed be placed

Pls tell me in which direction we should sleep/the bed should be placed. We have one door leading into the bedroom and another door that leads into the attached closet.

In my opinion, it is always (first choice) to place the bed based on good Shapes and Form Feng Shui.
1. Whenever one can, the bed should be on the opposite wall of the bedroom door.
2. If possible, it should lean against a wall.
3. If there are windows on the side of the bed; one should preferably leave a gap (or walking area) between the bed and the window.
I am not too clear, about the position of the closet door you mentioned below. But you can `treat' it as a wardrope. Where there should be a gap (walking / movement) area between this location.
