Under the Eight House Theory, if this is an auspicious sector for you. 2. A more advanced method is to check the sector of influence at the NE using Flying Star Feng Shui. Especially to confirm how Yin is the NE sector? If the sector is TOO YIN, then, it is best to neutralise this or increase it with more Yang.
