mahalkita
The living portion of my apartment (all space except for the attached patio) is a perfect rectangle. And the patio is also a perfect rectangle located at the lower-left hand side of my apartment, but it is just over half the length of the living area, appearing as if the wealth station is missing. Therefore, when I view the apartment as one unit, it is no longer the shape of a rectangle it looks just like two rectangles attached (1 large, and 1 small). Is it missing or do I treat the areas seperately? If I choose the flipped floor plan, a walk-in closet and partial bathroom is in the wealth area. The apt. # is 2052. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 9, 2001 Staff Share Posted August 9, 2001 Dear Anon,1. It would be great if you can draw an outline or sketch of your home for me to take a look.2. From your description below, it seems that you can treat the home as two rectangles. However, if you need me to locate the centrepoint, you can attach a sketch. I will be glad to pinpoint what I feel is the centrepoint.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 8/8/2001 3:37:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:The living portion of myapartment (all space exceptfor the attached patio) is aperfect rectangle. Perfect168
Hi Cecil,You mean when an area is L shape, it is 'always' optional to superimpose full 9 grids of the feng shui chart to it and declare some corners being missing - or the break the L shape area into 2 wholesome rectangles? Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 15, 2001 Staff Share Posted August 15, 2001 Dear SL,No, it depends. This is the rationale, why, I suggested for a `proportinate' sketch or layout plan.Without a proper sketch, it is not easy to comment whether to superimpose a 9 grid or to assess it as an `L' shaped home. For an `L' shaped home even if we separate it into two rectangles; it may be quite trickly for some to find out what is the direction of the main entrance and whether to use to directions (different) grids for each rectangle or superimpose identical grids to both triangles.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote 11/2001 11:57:00 AM, S L wrote:Hi Cecil,You mean when an area is Lshape, it is 'always' optionalto superimpose full 9 grids ofthe feng shui chart to it anddeclare some corners beingmissing - or the break the Lshape area into 2 wholesomerectangles?Best regards, SL Quote On 8/9/2001 9:46:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Anon,1.
