Hello everyone....
I live in a floor-through apartment on the second floor of a four-story brownstone.
To enter the building, you must go through two sets of double doors (which face the same direction - West.) Once inside the inner hall, I must make a 90 degree turn to be facing my apartment's front door (which faces North.)
So....which one of these doors counts as my front door? Also, I have a large mirror on the wall facing the apartment door. To my eye, it really opens up the room and makes it welcoming. But could I be reflecting good energy/fortune out the door?
Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

Dear Derek,
If you are taking the compass direction of your unit's main entrance door, this should usually be the door to your unit i.e. as you had mentioned it should be the `North'.
Usually, taking the exterior door direction is meant more for analysing e.g. a building rather than the unit itself.
If you still require help, you can upload a sketch of the layout for my comments.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
