Guest
Dear Cecil,How should one activate wealth or sheng chi energisers for each directionand how do we use the 5 elements to energise or exhaust to bring aboutwealth? For example, for an apartment/house facing :1) North (water element) - Use a water feature on the frontage of the maindoor, use blue/black colour combinations or 6 rod windchime (metal produceswater)?2) South (fire element) - Can't use water here as fire and water clashes, sohow to activate the fire element? Use wood/plants, red colours, lights toenhance?3) South West (big earth) - How do we activate wealth energisers for thisdirection as earth is considered bad? Use earthen clay pots, crystals toactivate and red colour combinations (fire produces earth)?4) West(big metal) - Use brown colour combinations (earth produces metal) oruse water features (but water exhausts metal)?5) South East (little wood) - Use green and/or water features (waterproduces wood) on the frontage of the main entrance as wealth/sheng chienhancers? The above are assuming that the flying feng shui, form and shape feng shuiand ba zi for each case is sound. Thanks for your advise.Warm regards,Kieren
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 14, 2002 Staff Share Posted January 14, 2002 Dear Kieren,In my opinion, what you mentioned is the wrong direction to take in auditing a home. What you mentioned suggests that Feng Shui is akin to using `fixed templates'. For example, it is too general to say that North = Water.Although, that particular sector could be related to Water. But, it does not take into consideration:1. A person's element and strength i.e. weak wood etc.... There is again a difference if one is e.g. say a weak wood or weak water.2. If Feng Shui is that simple, and if wealth is so readily available, how is it that no one can yet come up with a book soley about `Wealth'.3. Unfortunately, there are some books that may give reference to what you have mentioned below. But, I would say (honestly) that this is akin to practising " Kindergarten Feng Shui ". 4. In addition, by associating a sector with an element is like staying in a house without much care of the external surrounding. For example, the four walls holding up the house may be crumbling but the occupants simply don't care. What they may be concerned is the interior look of their `crumbling house'.
