I was given a 3-dragons water fountain by a relative. I intend to place it in auspicious corner in my balcony which is in north west. Should I put the dragon facing the window (there is a mosque opposite my flat) or let it face inside the house. I have a altar in the living room. I stay in the HDB point block flat with main door facing west and the side with more windows facing north. Thank you for your advise

Dear Anon,
Appreciate if you can clarify the following:-
1. let me know which floor (level) is your house.
2. when you mentioned that there is a mosque opposite your apartment; it is facing your balcony.
3. can you describe more about the 3-dragons water fountain i.e. does the water spout out of its mouth into e.g. a basic or otherwise.
Grateful, if you can let me have further information.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Dear Anon,
Based on Shapes and Form Feng Shui, it is best to place the fountain either within or at the balcony area (of the frontage).
In Flying Star Feng Shui, we usually use it to locate the water stars e.g. #1's + #7's. However, if we are not using Flying Star but basing more on `intuition' then:
1. As mentioned earlier, if you balcony `has an opening' the fountain can be located at usually the `east' side or when one is facing or looking out of the balcony, try to locate it a the `east' side wall or open space.
2. Besides the balcony, and if you have an alternative `large frontage' especially if you house is rectangular in shape, the fountain can be located again at the `east' side of that wall or open space.
3. Ideally, based on the Shapes and Form, it should be located eitehr within the balcony or at the balcony.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
