Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 25, 2002 Staff Share Posted March 25, 2002 Dear Patrick,1. Imagine luck as the reception of wealth. And one good visual example is to clasp one's two hands together. Here, if the house is on the `pan' or on the palm, this is good.2. Thus, if one can visualise the above, a house below road level may not necessarily be bad. On the contrary, if there is excellent drainage, not too deep or angled depth, it can be a good house.3. However, it has to depend on a case-by-case basis. But, the noticable sign is that your home is not alone in the neigbhourhood. And there are many homes within your estate. 4. If there are many of such homes within the vicinity of your house and they are in "good repair", then, it is a good sign.5. Wealth of a property does not necessarily mean that a house has to be on an elevated ground. Here, in many cases, imagine water, flowing down and unable to be retained in the area.6. One looks at a lower level place as a slightly more `yin' location where usually if it is not over populated with concrete, is a rich fertile ground for insects. This is overall, a much preferred piece of land. Please note that the above is just a general description and each site differs. The above should not be construed as a common answer for such sites. For example, some sites can be good but, without good government infrastructure e.g. drainage, it can be the reverse situation.Warmest Regards,Cecil.
