myfs_80595
I live in a basement apartment and have two entrance door. The one going outside is facing the east and down the stairs is the the one going inside which is facing north. Which one do I use as my "front door" for feng shui? I also have ventilations on the ceilings of the bedroom and living room. Is that a good or bad thing? What can I do to make or insure good chi or use feng shui in this matter? Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 3, 2002 Staff Share Posted April 3, 2002 Dear Will,1. The main consideration of a house is that it should not have a large `mouth'. 2. From what I can understand from your description that your house has two main entrance. It is best to (as you have mentioned) try to use one entrance. This is because, too many openings at the frontage is not advantages. For example, if a house has sliding doors at the frontage instead of e.g. a pair of doors, and if the ratio of main door is pretty large in relation to the frontage, it can lead to e.g. females in the house becoming lonely or those who aer unmarried in a house, remain single. You can make use of the Eight House Theory to see which door is more favourable to you.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 4/3/2002 6:44:00 AM, Anonymous wrote:I live in a basement apartmentand have two entrance door. The one going outside isfacing the east and down thestairs is the the one goinginside which is facing north.Which one do I use as my"front door" for feng shui?
