guitarfive
My main door is facing NE. There is a toilet directly above the door which is not a good thing. Please advise what should I do.My main door is also facing directly the main door of another house directly across the street. Is this harmful? My driveway to the garage (in the South) is occupying the missing SE corner of the house plan. What is the best thing to do so that I can recreate the SE corner? Please reply to my email address at :guitarfive@yahoo.comThank you.
Administrator
Dear Randy,Please see below:------Original Message-----From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'feng-shui-tips' suppressed 'feng-shui-tips' suppressed>Date: Wednesday, June 16, 1999 7:55 AMSubject: Toilets above main entrance Quote From: "Randy Tan" This message is sent from "feng-shui-tips" Mailing List.My main door is facing NE. There is a toilet directly above the door whichis not a good thing. Please advise what should I do. The only `realistic' advise is to check if there are any pipes that can beseen above the main entrance door ceiling. In such a situation, it would bebest that it be `covered' up e.g. a false ceiling.Check to see that the toilet bowl is not directly above the main entracedoor. If this is the case, this would be better.Otherwise, there are nothing much you can do but to ensure that the pipesare not leaking. Quote Here you have to be `careful'. Sometimes, it may not be a missing cornerbut instead, a `protuding corner'. One test is to see if there are any roomsoccupying the rest of the area next to the missing corner. If this is thecase, then it is a missing corner. It can be a protuding corner if both the SE missing corner and thefrontage has a balcony etc... Chris_ng
Hi Randy,Again, from some feng shui book that I have read, if you can't relocate your toilet or your main entrance, I will advise you not to use the toilet above the main entrance (I believe you have more than 1 toilet right?). In addition, you may want to have a lamp at the entrance and ensure it is on for 24 hrs. This is what we call the "chang ming deng" in feng shui which will help to reduce the negative qi with its yang energy. Regards,Chris Ng
