Your Free Advise Forum is a tremendous resource for fengshui curious like myself....However, I couldn't find what element/phase the number 10, 11, 12, and 13 belongs to ?

Dear Dominique,
If one is using the count based on Flying Star Feng Shui:-
1. The maximum count is Number 9. Or we call this 9 purple.
2. The other way of using these numbers are the 81 interpretations based on the combinations of 9 leading to 81 interpretations.

6.2 What other methods cannot provide, we should see if other methods can be used. For example, if we do ask the right questions or form them correctly, we can use the I-Ching method to give "an answer".
