myfs_90993
Hi,I am Mr. Utpal Sikdar, born on 25th October 1970. I am a new learner of Feng Shui and this site helped me a lot in my learning curve. My element is Wood, Animal sign Dog and Kua no. is 3. I have toilet in the South-East corner of my house. As a pyramid's shape represents the fire element and fire and wood do not come in destructive sequence, can I put a Crystal Pyramid in the south-east corner oh my house? If yes, should the pyramid be placed within 3 to 7 feet height from the ground? Looking forward for your noble suggestion.Thanking you in advance. Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 27, 2003 Staff Share Posted February 27, 2003 Dear Utpal,1. Although, a `solid' or actual pyramid can be used, it is often not practical to do so.2. This is because, the pointed tip of the pyramid is not exactly ideal -- if it is facing locations like the sofa or seating location. 3. A crystal pyramid can be used if it has light or light shines below it (upwards). light represents - fire.4. Actually a simplier solution is that if you need to introduce the Fire elment, why not e.g. use red / pink coloured curtains or walls painted pink / red or purple.5. However, as you have only looked at your home based on just the Gua, there can be a possible double edged sword if Fire element is wrongly introduced:-5.1 It is unfavourable if you are a weak water or Strong fire person. 5.2 Under Flying Star Feng Shui, there are say #5 and #2 (strong BAD earth elements)Under the productive sequence, introducing Fire, may inadvertently fuel more bad earth. And there is additional probability that a sector may also have bad wood elements such as #3 and #4. If there are and incombination of #5 and #2, adding Fire element can help bridge this bad wood and earth gap. And cause more problems:Wood (bad wood) -> introduce Fire element -> fuels additional Earth (bad earth) A recipie for disaster!Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 2/27/2003 6:39:00 AM, Anonymous wrote:Hi,I am Mr. Utpal Sikdar, born on25th October 1970. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 10, 2003 Staff Share Posted March 10, 2003 Dear Utpal,Please see below:- Quote On 3/10/2003 4:54:00 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear Mr. Lee,Just to increase our know-howI would like to ask you onemore question regardingCrystal Pyramid relating tothis mail which you repliedand explained very nicelythat, what if I, with weak water orstrong fire or bad earth usepyramid in the North East. Under Ba Zi, if one is a weak water or strong fire; it is best not to have too much of the fire element.Nowadays, there is too much commercialisation in Feng Shui to the extent that even pyramid objects which was one used by another ancient civiliation : Egypt and Maya's.In China, we do not seem to see a pyramid. And because of this, it was felt that products such as a pyramid `cure' or `enhancement' is more of a gimmick. Please do not mistaken it with a Pagoda. In the past, Pagoda's are often placed above water veins especially lower down the river to neutralise (underground water) sha qi. It should not be construded as a pyramid shape. Quote Also is rose quarts have anyuse apart from enhancingrelation (south west) and isthe stone amethyst has anyimportance in Feng Shui. There is a distinction between `Earth Luck' Feng Shui and `Human Luck'. Feng Shui is specifically used to enhance beneficial qi or neutralise sha qi. All these things about placing e.g. 9 roses or 99 or 999 or 9999 roses are more of `man or human' luck. Perhaps to make us feel good? It is like a baby sucking on a baby teet or comforter. All these has nothing to do with Feng Shui or earth luck. Many people also like to `believe' that their homes MUST have a specific wealth corner. Some would feel discomfortable or even distressed if their house has none of such corners. The easiest way in the past or from the 1980's onwards is for an author to write stores about sectors such as Romance = SW, Career = North etc....It so so easy for anyone to write such books and make money!Warmest Regards,Cecil
