Dear Master Cecil
My auntie intend to buy a resale flat which is actually two 3-room flats
knocked into one.
Therefore, it is equivalent to the size of a 5-room flat.
However, there will be 4 toilets in total since each 3-room flat has 2
toilets.
Toilets are bad feng shui if I am not wrong. If there are 4 in a small
flat, will it make feng shui worse?
Pls advise should she buy such a flat?
Thank You
Emily

Dear Emily,
1. If you have a sketch, feel free to upload to the forum for confirmation.
2. Often, this is not a major issue since most (former 3-room flats) have their toilets at the `back' of the house) - Usually one attached to the master and the second toilet sharing the same wall and close-by.
3. 4 sets of such toilets does not necessary mean that it is inauspicious.
4. Often, the benefit of the older HDB flats are that it is mostly rectangular - a good shapes and form. As well as the exterior of he building is a `stable' earth element shape.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
