Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 29, 2003 Staff Share Posted June 29, 2003 Dear George,Please note that this general assessment is strictly based on Shapes and Forms with no reference to personal ba zi (date/time of birth).1. One good thing about this layout is that the toilets are at `safe' positions (sharing an external wall) - therefore, they cannot be at the centrepoint.2. The `major' dislike is the staircase at the centrepoint. But, this is not a major problem - more of an irritation.3. I like the layout of this staircase:-http://www.newurbanist.com/ac2110.htmBUT not the layout of the toilet i.e. the bath-tub at ground floor is close to the centrepoint and the second storey (level) bath-tub is equally not well placed.4. The stove facing the wash basin. In Feng Shui, it is not favourable especially if the stove faces the wash basin (at North compass sector). It is ok to do so, if the kitchen/stove/wash basin is at south compass direction.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 6/25/2003 9:35:46 AM, Anonymous wrote:My wife and I found a piece ofproperty and we were thinkingof building this house on it.http://www.newurbanist.com/vf2390.htmThe only changes would be madeare that the guest bedroom onthe first floor would be aliving room and the bathroomin the southwest location onthe second floor would bemoved next to the laundryroom. My wife was born 11/16/1966and I was born on 03/17/59.The front door would be facingnorth and the house numberwould be 540.Is this a suitable propertyand or home?
