Thank You Master Cecil.
No, its not Blk 121 but Blk 124 which is not facing PIE so its not that
noisy.
May I know if Blk 124 is alright? Its a square point block.
Infact the very old flats at Circuit Road are now all upgraded but not sure
if the whole area is going to be developed.
Best Regards
Ellen

Subject: This block good?
From: Cecil Lee
Dear Ellen,
Yes, this is a very old estate in Macpherson/Circuit Road area. For circuit
road, I am not too sure, but one fine day; if the economic picks up, it may
get re-developed like in Toa Payoh. And those who stay there may get
priority for new flats in this area. (Please do not take my word for it. I
am just guessing. Please rely on govt/HDB's word for it.
I believe it is not blk 121 (the units facing Paya Lebar Way road) as this
is one of the most nosiest blocks around.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

u let me know which block?

Dear Master Cecil
My sis intends to buy a flat
at this block marked with red
star as attached.
Pls give her some advice as
its next to her
mother-in-law's place which
would be great help for her
but provided its not a bad
location. FYI, canal
is going to be covered up and
a new canal will be built to
replace the old
one further away from the
block.
Thanking You in Advance,
Ellen

Dear Ellen,
The Kallang River canal seems to be slicing into the area where Blk 124 and the Macpherson constituency building makes this block so, so.
Better unit is opposite of the canal. Since you mentioned that the canal will be covered, this is better.
Since this is a point-block, where qi can flow all round it, this is a plus point.
Overall, I would say that it is an `average' site. (However, still in general ok.)
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
