myfs_95845
Hi Master Cecil LeeI am staying in a maisonette, age 7 with north/south orientation of 6 & 186 degree. The main door is at the south and next to it is a row of window (4 panel which is usually closed) along the common corridor. Opposite this block is another similar block of maisonette, door facing to my unit.In between these 2 block is a 2 way traffic and car park running across. The balcony is at the north and right below is a car park (cul de sac) and extended to a big football field. Balcony of 4 panel glass door is normally open up to 2 panel so most of the lights are at this sector.Need your advise on the facing of this unit as someone told me to follow where the main door is and also it is at the same sector of the building farcade. However on some website, it is usually the portion where most light is and this also has a configuration of the red phoenix (football field) and black tortoise (similar maisonette next to this block.I have the photograph and floor plan which I dont know how to sent as attachment.Would appreciate your advice if the above information are clear enough or please tell me how to post the attachment for a clear understanding.Thank youA-elsm
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 29, 2003 Staff Share Posted August 29, 2003 Dear Anon,I believe, since you have been staying in this home, already. If you have been staying in this home for several years; one best way - is to chart out two charts. And compare each chart to your current situation. And check which chart coincides with your current situation. This is a much better way to resolve your situation.Anyway, often, one thing will not change for the same period home i.e. the base numbers. Plus the Year numbers are the same for all charts. In both of the arguments that you had mentioned; both are not wrong. As mentioned, above, draw to charts and see which more accurately `fits' your situation. Most often, because of the common base numbers; Period 7 homes will often have the same characteristics e.g. East and South sectors are unfavourable. In addition, for this year: North is not as favourable - given that North has #2 and South East has #5. Already the `fixed' base for Period 7 : East = #5 and South = #2. For each given period there are always TWO FIXED charts i.e. base chart and year chart. And with these two already `fixed', seems like in reality: even before, we ADD any #mountain #water to this chart, often, some sectors will remain bad for majority of the charts. For posting an attachment, do the same for how you had posted your message but also please "CHECK" the button "Attach file or picture". And follow the instructions, thereon to post a picture. Please remember to use .jpg instead of .bmp to reduce the size of the file prior to posting the picture.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 8/29/2003 5:55:08 PM, Anonymous wrote:Hi Master Cecil LeeI am staying in a maisonette, age 7 with north/southorientation of 6 & 186 degree. The main door is at the southand next to it is a row ofwindow (4 panel which isusually closed) along thecommon corridor. Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 29, 2003 Staff Share Posted August 29, 2003 Dear Anon,Further to what I had mentioned, the key to understanding Flying Star Feng Shui is that "one must not simply - only eat and sleep on this method".I often see, some FS practitioners get into heated arguments on Flying Star Feng Shui. Looking only within the four walls in the home.Often, what is most important is that Flying Star is but one of the many methods used. Further more, I personally find that what is most important is the external factors.Warmest Regards,Cecil
