what cures can be used to get my neighbor to not allow smoking in or outside of his home. i live in a duplex, and smoke is getting into my half of the duplex. i currently use a few small mirrors facing his direction to keep him and his family quiet. there is little insulation between units, so sound, cooking odors and smoke transfers easily. thank you

Dear Anon,
1. Frankly, this question should not be posted in this forum. Since, in my opinion, there is no such cure under Feng Shui.
2. But, seriously, lets hope your neighbour moves away.
3. These are some of the `hints' which has nothing to do with ME or with Feng Shui. So, here goes:
3.1 Wish for more rain. Heavy rain would make sure that your neighour cannot get a puff outside the home.
3.2 Pay a Feng Shui practitioner to "feng shui" your neighbour's home. Make sure, you choose a very Lousy Feng Shui practitioner. One who will cause more harm than good:)
3.3 If all else fails, seriously, get your home air cleaners such as hepa cleaners ...e.g. Honeywell, Sharp plasma etc...
4. Unfortunately, the last resort? Erh? Move-Out. *CLUE* You do not need to be the one who moves out.. Get the idea?
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
