Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 3, 2003 Staff Share Posted December 3, 2003 Dear Susan,Since you do not have furniture inside, then perhaps, see if the external landscape looks appealing or `clean'. As you had mentioned, the `first' impression of the front of the home is important.Often, Feng Shui is not meant to sell a property. But most people like: convenience (to work/schools/markets etc). And, likewise, $$$ plays an important part of the attractiveness of a home for a buyer. And if a home has good Feng Shui, such as open space and friendly, FS interior, hopefully, some clients may appreciate this. Wishing You all the best in selling your home!Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 12/3/2003 1:41:57 AM, Anonymous wrote:We are selling a brand new, just completed home and wouldlike to know how to bestpresent the front of it.
