myfs_70779
Dear Cecil:Since there are poison arrows in every window of our house. Will placing 6 metal rod chimes do the trick in front of these windows outside the house? Are there any other objects I can use and place them inside of the house? Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 4, 2003 Staff Share Posted December 4, 2003 Dear Anon,Yes, placing too many wind chimes can indeed be an "over-kill" especially if one uses the light weight alluminium type of wind chime. For those using the much heavier copper (hollow rod) with an I-ching coin clinger, this type, in my opinion, makes almost few or no sound at all. (Even in heavy winds). Perhaps, some of these, (for decoration) is not an "over-kill" since they are (nearly totally ineffective in making large sounds). Why not consider planting plants or shrubs on the fence or use "day" curtains. Both are equally acceptable.
