Need Help in my Finances Line

I have sort numerous feng shui to change my life, my destiny. I am 38 years old and nothing have achieved in my life. I want to change my destiny and to have a better life. I am willing to work for it. But month in month out, my finances also ended towards even the month end.
When I visited a feng shui, is always the finances by my parents. I want to really change it.
Please advise how to change it.
My Element : Earth
Year of : Snake
Year of Birth : 1965
How should I go about. All have promised me emptied promises.
Finances is leaking out from my pocket, banks and lotteries.
