myfs_63123
Is it necessary to feng shui each room or is it enough to feng shui the whole apartment as one? When I draw the bagua on the hand drawn floor plan of my apartment - A part of the front door and 1 bathroom lies in the knowledge and wisdom sector, 1 bathroom is in my fame and reputation sector, a part of the kitchen and children's bedroom in the helpful people sector, a part of the master bedroom and a part of the children's bedroom is in the children / creativity sector. How do I enhance each sector in such cases. My first priority is educational sector for my children. Is there any way to do enhance each one by colors? Thanks in advance for your advice
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 24, 2003 Staff Share Posted December 24, 2003 Dear SM,OOps, you have posted this question to the wrong website. In general, often, for a normal medium or small home, it may not be feasible to sub-divide each room to be assessed via sectors. Quote in my fame and reputationsector, a part of the kitchenand children's bedroom in thehelpful people sector, a partof the master bedroom and apart of the children's bedroomis in the children /creativity sector. How This type of "Feng Shui" is not discussed in this website. Or more correctly, it should not be "GLORIFIED" at the expense of those who are genuine to improve their lives with proper Feng Shui. Even a 8 years old or more child can be create and if an essay question demands; write some story about each sector of a room based on "fame/reputation"; "helpful people" etc...Strictly speaking: Under the Holy Trinity of Feng Shui:Heaven Luck = Analysed from one's Ba Zi or Eight CharactersEarth Luck = Truly this is based on Feng Shui - Shapes and Forms and Compass SchoolWhat you had mentioned? This should be classified under "Man or Human Luck". Often, having good relationships are free. But, it is really no harm to think of the nicest things about making one comfortable by imagining that a sector is "helpful people", fame/reputation.Well, all these sounds positive - thus perhaps, for some people who may be too simplistic can feel nice about it.But what happens if the sectors are not what they sound like? For example what happens if the sector is one's1. Instead of fame/reputation - the sector could be Scandals/Bad reputation.2. Instead of helpful people - the sector could be unhelpful people or worse - "sure to be conned by others"3. Under the Yin and Yang concept, for every yin, there isalways a yang and vice versa.4. Thus for every good sectors? There is always an equal and opposite bad sector.5. The concept that you had roughly mentioned is flawed because often, it is no point paving a sector in gold - if it is continously rotting. (Fix-the-leak, first).6. Often, such concepts are there for a purpose: Marketing Ploy. For example, each sector is associated with certain products that can be purchased. And placed at a sector. For those owning small or even medium sized homes, such products will ultimately collect dust and clutter the home. Hmm.. not good Feng Shui in the first place.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 12/24/2003 1:52:09 AM, Anonymous wrote:Is it necessary to feng shuieach room or is it enough tofeng shui the whole apartmentas one? When I draw the baguaon the hand drawn floor planof my apartment - A part ofthe front door and 1 bathroomlies in the knowledge andwisdom sector, 1 bathroom isin my fame and reputationsector, a part of the kitchenand children's bedroom in thehelpful people sector, a partof the master bedroom and apart of the children's bedroomis in the children /creativity sector. Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 24, 2003 Staff Share Posted December 24, 2003 Further to what I had mentioned, a more accurate description of this concept are"These people are Interior Decorators who only come in to advise after the home has been renovated. And, often wants us to depart with our hard earned money on some useless objects. With the hope that their clients will feel nice after being conned by them."
