20 yr vs yearly star or mount vs water star

Dear masters,
In my 20 year vs yearly flying star, my north sector is 2 vs 1. Proposed solution is to use metal to weaken earth. If I use the mountain star vs water star, it is 7 vs 5. Proposed solution is to use wood to control earth.
Which solution should takes precedence since metal destroys wood?

1. 20 Year Flying Chart for North Sector:

What is the #Mountain, #Base and #Water
(Here, the base is equally important to understand the specific sector).
2. Year Chart:

What is the reining number for the Year
Sorry to ask this because, I am confused by what you had written below.
Usually the normal convention is
#2 MS vs #5 WS
#6 BS
And for the Year = e.g. #1 YR
