Feng Shui Placement of new office

Dear Sir, I am a West person and my GUA number is 2. I have recently shifted to a new office. By using the 8 Mansion ? Ba Zhai theory, I am sitting at the NW corner but my table is arranged that (due to space), I am facing the SE square. I can only move my chair to make sure that I am facing NE corner while I?m doing my paperwork. But when when I do computer, I am facing the S square. The entrance of the office is at the NW corner, at my left side. There isn?t much can be done because I am the secretary to my Executive Director. Both of my bosses belong to East group as they are born in 1955. His GUA number is 1. My questions are:
1. How can I maximise my good directions eg. My personal growth, which is NW, if I am not wrong.
2. How can I maximise all the positive energy, also, my good sectors : Sheng qi, Tien Yi, Yan Nian and Fu Wei? And how can I counter-remedise my bad sectors : Jue Ming, Liu Sha, Wu Gui and Huo Hai? Can I put a tall plant at the East sector of the office to supress the Huo Hai sector?
3. How can I enhance the working relationship with my boss, since he belongs to the East group?
4. Which corner can I put my plants, standing as well as table plants? As I can only around with my workstation when doing any enhancements.
