Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 15, 2004 Staff Share Posted February 15, 2004 Dear Sybil,More importantly is the main entrance door. This door should (MUST) open inwards. On the practical side, there is frankly no issue with front gate opening out. This is often because of the constraint of limited interior space to open inwards: as it `hit' a parked car. Here, also many auto-gate opening devices are fitted to swing outwards - as this is most practical solution as mentioned above. We can say: It is nice to have it open inwards - provided it is practical.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 2/15/2004 2:00:19 AM, Anonymous wrote:For a landed property, is itbad to have the front gateopening out instead of in?
