My wife and I are thinking of buying a house at the center of a cul-de-sac. There are three houses on this cul-de-sac, and the one we're considering is at the center. Although the lot is directly at the center of the cul-de-sac, the front of the house is not perfectly perpendicular to the street, and is tilted somewhat towards the right (if you're facing the house). The street leading to the cul-de-sac is only about 2 lot lengths before the you reach the circle. The house faces Northwest, and it has a fireplace on its Southeast wall.
Does this have the same effect as having a house on a t-junction? Is this house badly situated?
Anyone's guidance on this will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Patrick

Dear Patrick,
Would it be possible to upload a simple sketch of the home.
This is because, if you go thru some of the past postings, some homes can take "advantage" of the cul-de-sac to collect wealth, but others are "hammered" by it.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
