myfs_101666
Dear SirsA friend of mine happens to be a contractor for the condo that I purchased. We intend to go and have a look at our unit (project estimated TOP latest August 2004) but not sure this be alright.Meaning, we have not collect the key, we are just joining our friend to go in to our unit to have a preview. Will this be considered as 'no good', do we have to choose a good 'date' or 'timing'Look forward to your advise.Thanks.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted April 15, 2004 Staff Share Posted April 15, 2004 Dear Anon,In my opinion, this is perfectly alright and no need to check for an auspicious date as yet. This is also because we have not gotten the key as yet - and thus has "no ownership" of it as yet.In the past, many of us, took the opportunity to view our uncompleted homes (many times) and there should not be any issue. This is because in the past, there were very few condos and when the site was quite near completion, one could virtually slip in to take a view especially in the evening when the workers had generally stopped work.A more practical issue is to either borrow a hard-hat or keep away from open space (i.e. falling objects etc..)So go for it! Cheers!Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 4/15/2004 6:34:05 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear SirsA friend of mine happens to bea contractor for the condothat I purchased.
