Double 7 in South

A Period 7, N1 house which sits on South, faces North.

The kitchen back Door is in South sector with flying stars, 2 Base 7 Mountain 7 Water. The cooking stove is in SE sector & not possible to place in South sector as it will face the kitchen door.

1. Can I place a ?Water? or ?Fire? element for the double 7 in the South sector kitchen?

The NW sector which are the master bedroom(upstairs) & a living room (downstairs),has flying stars,

8 Base 1 mountain 4 Water.

2. Can I hang a 6-rod metal wind chime, one each Inside the house in the master bedroom & living room.
