myfs_96973
Respected Sir, Thank you for this forum which gives immense knowledge.I have tries using semicircular mat for cancelling effect of stairs opposite main door after reading it on this forum & have found it effective ,as mentioned (The Taiwan Feng Shui approach is commonly to use plants to be used as a screen. For example, artifical plants can be used in such a situation to screen the staircase from the main door) since this gives mild effect please suggest in what way should plants be placed, should it be perpendicular to last stair,& since plants cannot be used in the south area for this year what else can be done please advicethank youRegards
Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 5, 2004 Staff Share Posted August 5, 2004 Dear Ashwini,For the use of plants, it depends on situation. If for example, the stairs if directly facing your main door, there is one situation where it is near impossible to use the plants. Here, one cannot simply place the plant(s) blocking the stairs or blocking your main entrance. But if the staircase is such that it is at the side or if there is a sufficient large corridor or you to place it, then this is fine.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 8/4/2004 7:47:02 PM, Anonymous wrote:Respected Sir, Thankyou for this forum which givesimmense knowledge.I have triesusing semicircular mat forcancelling effect of stairsopposite main door afterreading it on this forum &have found it effective ,asmentioned (The Taiwan FengShui approach is commonly touse plants to be used as ascreen.
