Hi Cecil,
From my limited understanding, my house would be considered a Metal house b/c the front door faces west. As I am a weak Fire, is this inauspicious for me? At the same time, the other person in the house is strong Water. Is living in a Metal house likely to strengthen his strong Water?
What, if anything, can be done? Could we use Wood to balance both of us?
Thank you. :o)

Well, because you are a weak fire, it may cause financial problems for you because you are weak to control your wealth element. But what you can do is to strengthen your personal self weak fire into a stronger fire, then you will be able to enjoy the wealth deity as denoted by your home.

Suggest you have more wood colors which helps to enhance your weak fire.

What is more important, is that the house must first suit the breadwinner, after it meets that. As for the other person, it would no matter so much to that person. However, given the person is a strong water, the person should control his strong water with wood element.
Which happens to be the a weak fire.

Yes, as you can see above.
