Q1: Is it true that sector(s) of house with (2,5) or (5,2) mountain and water stars are the worst in FS, and these area should be avoided or kept it ?still and quiet? such using it as a storeroom?

Yes, star 2 is Illness while star 5 is misfortune. When these two stars come in the same sector it means that there is lots of Strong Earth influence. So it is considered very bad. It is best that such stars if possible fall in rooms such as toilet, storeroom or less useful rooms.

Q2: What happens if the area with (2,5) or (5,2) fall in,(i) the living room?(ii) in the bedroom?

Any imbalance in any useful rooms particular Bedroom and Living room for example should be corrected. Else for the people staying in the bedroom, lots of illness may occur, and for living room means family members will generally have lots of problems.

So such sectors must be corrected to avoid any potential problems.

Q3: What remedies are there for Q2(i) & Q2(ii)?

Generally, star 2 and 5 are Strong Earth, so Metal element is the best cure or solution. The traditional feng shui cure if possible is to use the chinese 6 coins that is threaded together by a red string. This cure represents very strong Metal cure.

However, for most modern house, the better cure is to ensure that the area is decorated with more Metal influence (ie white colour decor, with more metal furniture etc.) As for the illness issues, besides such cures, it may also be good to have like the modern technology an HEPA air cleaner which can help to reduce germs and further reduce illness.

Q4: Is it ok if it falls in Sheng Qi, Tian Yi, Yan Nian, or Fu Wei

sector?

Generally, that Sheng Qi issues is related to Eight House reports. Eight House tends to be for suitability issues, while Flying Star is the feng shui influence of the house itself. Both does not really directly affect each other. Each concept is slight for different issue.

It is just like even if the sector is suitable for you, but the sector can still have very bad feng shui. So the bad stars still have to corrected.

Q5: Is it ok if there is a toilet in this sector?

As mentioned, any bad sector in areas such as toilet is good as it will drain away the influence.

Hope that helps.
