I just purchased a 5-rm resale flat with the main door facing N-W.

I also found out that the 4 facings which are bad for me are: W (disaster), S-W (death), N-W (irritation) andN-E (spook).

Am not sure what I should do now that I had already signed the purchase. Is there anyway I can counter the bad facing.

My DOB 26/07/1959 (6.45am).

Many thanks for the enlightenment.

Dear KL Tan,

There is very little you can do to correct a eight house suitability issue.

Anyway, it is still very common to have a house that is Spook / Irritation which is still acceptable. At least it is not as bad as having a house that is Death or Disaster.

As long as you have a bedroom which is in one of you 4 good directions. This will help to offset the unsuitable facing direction.

Other that this you should try to:-

1. Fix up anyleaks in the home.

2. Correct as much of the problems such as flying star bad sectors

3. Choosing suitable colours that match your ba zi so as to improve your overall luck.

Just because one analysis is bad, does not mean that it is end of the world. This is even more so especially when you just bought the house. But at least it is not the worst issue. Just that you cannot enjoy the full benefit of the house.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards

Dear Master Lee

Thank you for the advice.

Another question which has been bugging me is: is the angular side of the flat an issue with regards to fengshui.

Sincere thanks foradvice.

Best Wishes.
