Hello,

I need a bit of advise about the place that we are about to move into (a rented home).

We have just realised that the front door is directly in line (or almost anyway) with the back door (like in a straight line).

We heard somewhere that this is not good FS..........if this is the case, is there anything we can do to correct the position? Confused

The other thing is the house number is 4A.......is this bad? Shocked

My husband is a rooster, I'm a dog & our son is a monkey if you require a bit of info.......

Hope to hear from you very soon!

Thanking you in advance.

Regards,

Jacinta

Yes, if it looks something like this link. You will need to have some form of partition to let the Qi navigate around the house. This will prevent the Qi from entering and leaving the house immediately.

This is a very subjective matter. Anything to do with numbers can be interpretated differently by different people. To the Chinese most will not take 4 because 4 sounds like Si (Die in cantonese).

However, if you look at the west, there is a luck 4 leave clover which is lucky even though there is 4. So this is really subjective. It is upto you whether you find it good or not. But to most people they will try to avoid it when possible.

Anyway, the house number is the least impact over the luck of the house. In fact, the 1st problem you have on the Qi leak should be looked at with higher priority than the house number. So, I won't worry to much about the house number if I were you.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards

Dear Master Lee,

A question on this topic about front door facing direction.

I realised there are different method of calculating the best direction of a front door. Besides targeting on the breadwinner, the spouse should also be taken into consideration.

For exampleif I use the 8-Element of the couple for calculation. If one of thembelongs to "Earth" and the otherbelongs to "Wood".

Since Wood Enhances Fire and Fire Enhances Earth, is it true that the common direction for the couple is Fire which is "South"?

Thus, the best combined direction for the above is South regardless of being one of the "bad" directions for either one of us? Its quite difficult to have one direct thast's good for everyone isn't it?

Thank you for your time.

Gary
