How to reduce office tensions?

My kua no. is 8, (born on aug 4,1966) i would like to know what are the things which i can safely use in office to reduce tension at work place. also how to stabalize myself in office. Also how to increase my wealth , i have already placed chinese coins inside opening ofmyroom door.

Hi Romila,

Firstly, my question to you would be are you in the position to be able to correct problems within the office, ie make decisions as to what colours to paint the room, change the position of the work areaetc. If not, then I am afraid, there is very little you can correct or create an environment that would have less tension through the Heaven or Earth Luck factor.

That leaves you with only Human Luck. That is improve relationships between the colleagues through being more tolerant or getting to know them better through say lunch or dinners etc. Creating better person to person relationship would probably be the only way you can go about improving that kind of issues.

As to the question about improving your wealth. It is anyone guess unless a full analysis is done for you. This is because if you really want to improve your wealth, you will need to:-

1. Understand what is your given luck (ie from your ba zi), ie what element favours / unfavours you. When your luck is good or bad so that you can know how to avoid when it is bad, and take advantage when it is good time. You also need to know what elements/colours/career/house direction favours you. Then get as much of these areas favourable to you as possible.

2. You also need to know how is your Earth Luck (your home), whether it suits you or not, how is the feng shui luck from your home. Most of the time those people with poor luck and problems often is because of the problems present in the Home. Especially unfixed Leaks in the Home, ie a toilet in the center of the house, qi leak etc.

3. Last but not least, even if you have the best Heaven and Earth luck, but you do not have sufficient Human Luck, normally like in having good work attitude/hardworking etc. You will not be able to take advantage of your luck. ie a lazy person or a person who always qurrel with others for example will not likely make you succeed.

No single so call item will bring you success. Feng Shui is all about creating an environment which is most favourable/harmonise for you to leave in. The more your feel comfortable say in your home, the better you will be able to focus on your work.

I can change my office color, if not full office atleast my chamber's colour. Also my ba zi report is as follows:-

Birth Element
Since you are a weak Wood, you don't want to be too weak
