Dear Master Lee,

I am going to move in to my condoduring April 2005. The condo'sfoundation and roof was laid beforeJan 2004 and TOP in Dec 2004.

I urgently seek your advicewhether I should consider my condo as a Period 7 or Period 8 house under the flying star concepts and whether renovation can cause the house to move to Period 8.

Dear Anon,

Usually, the consensus of many FS practitioners is that so long as the house or apartment has not been occupied even if it was constructed under Period 7 (1984 to 2003).. but when humans start occupying the home, one can easily consider the homes as under Period 8. As this is where yang activity takes place....

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
