hello, my brother in law has been trying to sell his house in the uk for a year its a very nice place the house over 100 years old well kept with a big mature back garden,it's on a quiet street with a old church across the street .apart from lowering the price !,have you any advice for him Thank you very much

Hi Anon,


There is no mircle solution for helping you sell the house in terms of feng shui. The only things you can do is maybe use some of the good points about the house especially if it is feng shui friendly.


You will be better off making sure that you have price the house at a correct price, and ensuring that the place is kept clean and look new (ie fresh coat of paint). Most people will like that. Also, ensure you get an agent with lots of network contacts. The more comfortable the people that come to view your house look, the more likely you will be able to sell the place.


That is about the best advise you can follow.
