DT
We are looking at one house that is rather nice. However, we have two concerns.1. The owner (an old lady) died in the house two weeks ago of natural death. Therefore the house went on sale for a lower than market price. Amazingly it doesn't bother us as much as we thought it would and when we were in the house yesterday, we felt peaceful.2. The L-shape house location faces southwest, which is an excellent location for my husband. But the main door which is at the left side of the L faces southeast, which is to the Spook direction. We're not sure if we should use the house facing location or door facing location when assessing the house. Please help.Daisy
Staff Robert Lee Posted April 29, 2005 Staff Share Posted April 29, 2005 Hi Anon,Anonymous wrote:1. The owner (an old lady) died in the house two weeks ago of natural death. I mean if the lady is young and died of like accident or suicide, that would be the type of home that you should avoid. For natural death this is part of the natural cycle of life. So should not be an issue. In addition, since you mentioned you feel good, then it is your personal intuition that is telling you that it fits you. Try to bring as many family members as possible. The more people feeling good, it will normally tell you that this is a good house.Anonymous wrote:2. The L-shape house location faces southwest, which is an excellent location for my husband. We're not sure if we should use the house facing location or door facing location when assessing the house. This depends a lot on the type of house. It is a landed property or apartment.Landed Property, you should try to take the frontage of the entire house facing.Apartments, that are higher than 7 floors best to take the frontage from the living/balcony where most light enters.Apartments, that are lower floor take the main door entrance.I am guessing it is a House (landed property ie bungalow/terrace etc) for your case, should facing direction should be the south-west. Spook direction is still acceptable as long as it is not Death or Disaster direction. The other thing you should check is the Bedroom sector where does it fall in the house. If this is suitable, then should be of no issue. Hope that helps.Warmest RegardsRobert LeeGEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research
DT
Thank you so much. Yes, this is a landed property. So I guess the direction is fine. Thank you again for answering my questions.
