Dear Mr. Cecil Lee and friends,

fficeffice" />

First of all, I would like to thankMr. Leefor your wonderful website of feng shui and forum, I think it?s of benefits for everyone who believes in fengshui.

Moreover, I really need your help in evaluating a property that I am considering to purchase. I draw some pictures of the location of the property which I include in the attachement. The first file is the b4renov.jpg where the house is at the present condition. I feel that as the house (specially the driveway and car garage) is located at the downhill, direct end of cul de sac, it produces negative chi. The second file, afterrenov.jpg, shows the property condition after renovation whose purpose is todivert the negative chiby building retaining wall at the end of cul de sac, and building new garage. Also the old garage is converted into a room. The third file, backyard.jpg shows the backyard of the house. Thus, my questions are in the following:

  1. Do you agree that the house location suffer from negative chi due to position at the end of the cul de sac ?

  2. Is there anyway to cure the negative chi ?

  3. Is the renovation like I showed in afterrenov.jpg effective to produce positive outcomes?

  4. Due to steep downward sloping to the road behind our house, does the situation as shown in backyard.jpg produce negative effects to us?

Thank you for your kind advice in advance. Your advice will help enlighten our life.

Best Regards,

Grace Lazuardi
