Dear Masters,

According to the profile analysis on your website, I am a strong wood horse born in earth year (1978). Understand that favourable elements are metal and fire.

I am an insurance agent for the past 3 years. It has been full of ups and downs. Seek your advise if Iam suitable to bein this industry? If not, what industries would be more suitable for me? Do plan to go into social services in my later years. Is it ok to do so?

Have gone through the resources available. Don't really understand fully.

The only issue here is an insurance agent/property agentwill also need to have very good people to people skill in order for you be successful. Not everyone has such very good pursuation skills, I must say which is why not everyone will do well in this career.

Also, there besides suitable career, the most important impact to anyone is the home (Earth Luck). Often, most of the time, when things aren't going well, our experiences tells us that the earth luck is usually the root the most of the troubles. So there may be a few issues together that could be the root cause of your ups and downs. Make use of the many tools to help diagnose the issues.

In terms of five element Insurance has elements of sales (fire), and customer relations (earth). In terms of suitability, this career should still be ok for a strong wood person. But as mentioned, insurance needs additional 'IT' factor to be successful. May not really suitable for everyone.

Before you go about changing your career, as mentioned check out where exactly is the root cause of the problem, it is your home, it is you lack certain additional skills to make it work, or could it also be you are in a very bad luck period that could explain your issues. For social services it would probably be more Human to Human relationship type of work so more towards Earth element type career. So again should be suitable to Strong Wood as Earth is wealth element.
