Dear Cecil and Robert,

I understand that we are not suppose to do any renovation at the West, North West and the East this year, does that mean we cannot dig the ground outside at the garden to plant any trees as well? Or can we do any other landscape, say like -just putting pebbles, stone, paving bricks on the conflicted ground???????

Regards,

C.T

In terms of renovation, the only direction to be extra careful is the West due to the Grand Duke.

East and North-Westare just Sickness and Misfortune stars. It does not mean you cannot have renovations done in that sector. Only the Grand Duke is what you want to avoid.

Grand Duke dislikes noise ie hacking or drilling etc. As long as it does not involve any major renovation works it should be fine.

Just to play safe, you can always offer some incense/offerings in that direction (West), and say like we are doing some renovation, apologise for disturbing you. Plus the offer some food to please the Tai Sui. Before you start work.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
