Hi,
Recently we are given a jade figurine of Dragon and Phoenix by my in law. The problem is when we get the figurine out of the box, the right wing of the phoenix was broken.

We was thinking of attaching the wing back to the phoenix with a super glue, but was wondering does it have any impact or not?
And please advice which area should we locate the figurine as both our kua is 5.

Appreciate the advice.

Generally, for the most Chinese, it is generally inauspicious to receive receive anything that is broken.Whether it is a plate or figurines or decorative items. Nothing you can really do about it except probably not to display it. As it is not really good to display something that is broken.

True traditional Feng Shui does not really make use of figurines or times. Usually, such a figurine is considered a decorative item rather than having some special powers or mircle abilities.

The dragon is considered a rather fierce creature, so it is best if to make use of it to face any external Sha Qi to help guard the house. Such items if any should be better place in like see through cabinet as part of decorative items if possible. Otherwise, no other major issue to look out. Just place them where you enjoy seeing it most. As long as you feel good about it, should be ok.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
