Seat Directly Facing Front Door of Room

Dear Master,

I'm seating in an office with a few people and my seat is in such a way that my face is directly facing the door of the room when seated down.

I heard that this is not a good seating arrangement in terms of feng shui. I have been in this position for about 2 years and since then, feels that there are some obstacles and problems in my career.

Please advise how to minimise or reduce the bad fengshui of my seating position. Thanks for your time !
