Unfortunately, feng shui is no miracle cure for all problems. There is very little you can enhance in Feng Shui to help expedite a sale of a property. The reason is because the ultimate factor whether a potential buyer will purchase the place, will depend on the location of your home, the ease of transport, the price etc. With a lot of properties available, that means that the buyer has lots of choices to find the best home for him. So under such a situation, there is really very little feng shui can help.

You can only make use of feng shui in the following areas if applicable:-

1. If there are potentially good feng shui advantages, indicate it during the sale. Who knows if the person believes in feng shui, there might be a higher chance he may purchase it if it suits him.

2. Increasing the luck for yourself by means of enhacing your bazi to increate your luck. With higher luck, maybe there might be some possibility of a sale to be concluded.

Otherwise, the rest depends onyourthe real estate agent ability to find the right buyer.
