Sir:

I have several related questions: (1) When does the Chinese month of September begin and end? (2) For aKan person, living in a Zhen house (280 degress facing), built in 2001and has 3M bad wood, 7W bad metal, 6A good metal, 3 Month bad wood to avoid lawsuits in September would the remedy be metal, and fire in October when 2 bad earth visits? (3) The 7-3 combination is also in the SW for the month of September. Am I correct that the remedy for that month would be fire? (4) Ever since we moved into this house in 2002 we have hadmanylawsuits or arguments with people. One argument has been going on the entire time we have been here. Is there anything I can do to stop this once and for all? I believe the problem is in the west sector where the 3M/7W is. I have a red rug at the entrance (it is a very small area with little room for remedies) but obviously this is not working. We rarely use this entrance, using instead the South entrance. The two most frequently used rooms, the office (first floor) and bedroom (second floor) are both in the SE sector. The kitchen is in the SW and when at the stove I face toward the South. I am very tired of constantly fighting and just want to live in peace.
