Furthermore, you mentioned the house was built in 1992 and you are making a renovating now. So there might be some change in the house period if the renovation is major enough.So far I can only say that, based on the fact that 2 workers accidentially electricuted. It does not seem like a good sign. Thus, it could mean that the house luck might not be auspicious. But without knowing more about the actual house luck, it would also be wrong for me to just advise you to not move into the house. Especially, since you want to reduce the additional cost from renting.
